TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking and completing payment for any reading, session, or service with Freya Arcana, you — “the Client” — agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Your payment constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of this agreement under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and applicable state electronic transactions legislation. This agreement is as legally binding as a signed paper contract.

1. BUSINESS STRUCTURE

All sessions and services are offered by Freya Arcana. All payments are made directly to this business entity.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Freya Arcana offers the following individual and group session types:

Tarot & Psychic Readings: intuitive tarot card readings, clairvoyant insights, and spiritual guidance for personal reflection and decision-making.
Energy Work & Healing: energetic alignment sessions, including Reiki-based practices, designed to support personal development and spiritual well-being.
Specialized Forecasts: seasonal offerings, such as New Year astrological and intuitive forecast packages.

All sessions are offered for personal development, spiritual exploration, and informational purposes only.

3. NOT THERAPY, MEDICAL ADVICE, OR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Freya Arcana is an intuitive practitioner and spiritual guide and is not a licensed therapist, doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, financial advisor, or attorney. No session offered constitutes:

therapy, counseling, or psychological treatment
medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
legal advice
financial advice or investment guidance
a substitute for any licensed professional service

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact emergency services immediately. Nothing shared during a session should replace the advice of a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on information received during a session.

4. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

Freya Arcana makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of psychic readings, the outcome of energy healing sessions, or specific life outcomes. Intuitive and spiritual work is inherently subjective. Individual experiences and outcomes vary and depend on factors outside the practitioner’s control.

By booking, you acknowledge that no specific outcome, result, prediction, or healing has been promised or guaranteed to you.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You understand and acknowledge that tarot readings, psychic insights, and energy healing may bring up emotions, memories, physical sensations, or unexpected insights. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in any session.

You confirm that you are mentally, emotionally, and physically capable of participating in your chosen session type. You agree to seek appropriate professional support — medical, psychological, or otherwise — if needed before, during, or after your session.

6. LIABILITY LIMITATION

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Freya Arcana shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in any session, including any decisions made or actions taken based on information, guidance, or insights shared during a session.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for: (a) gross negligence or willful misconduct; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to release and hold harmless Freya Arcana from any and all claims arising from your session.

7. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Sessions are non-refundable after purchase for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with content, or failure to attend.

You agree that initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment processor without first attempting resolution directly with Freya Arcana constitutes a material breach of this agreement. Freya Arcana reserves the right to seek recovery of all amounts due, including any associated fees, as a result of such a breach.

8. SCHEDULING, CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

You are responsible for scheduling your session within any applicable timeframe communicated at purchase.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify Freya Arcana at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: your session may be rescheduled at the practitioner’s discretion and availability.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session time: you forfeit 100% of your session fee. The session is considered used and no rescheduling will be offered.
No-shows: failure to appear for your scheduled session without prior notice results in forfeiture of 100% of your session fee with no opportunity to reschedule.

Time zones are your responsibility. Freya Arcana is not liable for missed sessions due to time zone errors.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY & RECORDING

Your session content is kept confidential. You may not record your session by any means — audio, video, or otherwise — without explicit written consent prior to the session. Unauthorized recordings are a breach of this agreement.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All frameworks, methods, spreads, tools, and content shared during your session or across Freya Arcana media channels are the sole intellectual property of Freya Arcana. You may apply insights from your session to your own personal life, but you may not reproduce, teach, distribute, or commercialize any methods or content without explicit written permission.

11. TESTIMONIALS & MARKETING

By booking a session, you grant Freya Arcana permission to use your first name and any testimonials or feedback you voluntarily provide for marketing purposes, unless you explicitly opt out in writing before your session.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your session, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith written communication. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under standard consumer arbitration rules.

By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to a jury trial and your right to participate in a class action lawsuit regarding any claim covered by this agreement.

13. AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE

By completing payment for any session or service offered by Freya Arcana, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
You agree to be bound by all terms above.
You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Your electronic payment constitutes your signature under applicable electronic signature laws.
No specific outcome, result, or guarantee has been promised to you.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Freya Arcana regarding sessions and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
