Refund and Cancelation Policy

Due to the nature of the energetic work and time involved, all purchases, bookings, and service fees are strictly non-refundable. Once a service has been purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Rescheduling Appointments

I understand that unexpected schedule changes happen. You may reschedule your appointment free of charge, provided you submit your request at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session time.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as failure to attend a scheduled session (no-shows), will result in the complete forfeiture of the service and the payment. Rescheduling options will not be available for late cancellations.

My Right to Cancel

I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any session due to unforeseen circumstances or energetic alignment. In the rare event that I need to cancel your session, you will be given the option to reschedule at the earliest available time or receive a full refund for that specific service.
